**If you are seeking medication evaluation, we DO NOT provide this service. Only medical doctors, and some nurse practitioners, provide this service.**
**If you are seeking psychological testing and assessments, we DO NOT provide this service. Instead, you need to seek assistance from a psychologist. A psychologist is a provider with a Ph.D. or Psy.D. and is also licensed to practice as a psychologist.**
