Happy Holiday Season! We hope that you are looking forward to the Christmas Holiday and time off. As you may already know, a few weeks ago, we moved our physical office location. We are down the street from our old office and are much closer to the Fairhope Pier. The office phone, fax, and our emails are finally all working properly! We are excited to welcome our patients to this new location and look forward to being in this space. That said, we will remain open through Monday December 22, 2025. We will then be closed for the Christmas and New Years Holidays and will not resume seeing patients until January 5, 2026.
Starting in the New Year, please remember that many insurance policies change and deductibles often re-start on January 1st. This may mean changes in your co-pay, deductible, and/or a change in how much you will need to pay out-of-pocket per session until your deductible is met for the year. Please feel free to contact our Admin office via email or phone for verification of benefits for service. You can also contact the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and they should also be able to provide you with this information.
As always, when the offices are closed, if you go into crisis, please do one of the following: contact the suicide hotline at 988; call 911 and/or go to the local ER; or call Baptist Hospital at: 448-227-2100 or 448-227-8478. We hope that each of you have a safe and very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. See you in 2026!!

2026 Winter/ Spring Hours of Operation for Therapy:
Mondays- 1:00pm-6:00pm
Tuesdays- 9:00am-12:00pm/ 1:30pm-6:30pm
Wednesdays- 9:00am-12:00pm/ 1:30pm-6:30pm
Thursdays- 9:00am-12:00pm/ 1:30pm-6:30pm
Fridays- Closed
Weekends- Closed

Phones, emails, and faxes are not checked when the office is closed.
Hours of operation for the Admin are limited to the afternoons on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Hours of operation will change starting June 1, 2026.
Telehealth sessions are provided through a HIPAA compliant platform. Patients are expected to be in a secure and confidential location for their sessions.
